One Cool Blow Set for Completion in June

The completion of One Cool Blow is coming soon. Building A is set for completion in June and Building B will be completion in July. There are only a handful of lofts remaining so if you or anyone you know are interested please contact us as soon as possible!

One Cool Blow Completion is Near!

The precast on Building A is complete and Building B is coming soon. There are only 10 units remaining so if you're interested in purchasing you better act now. For more information, call 843.723.2222, ext 229.

The Precast on Building A will be completed by the end of the week. We'll begin erecting Building B this weekend. The project is aggressively moving forward. Check out these pictures and drive by the site if you can...

Building A Is Almost Complete!

If you're on the Ravenal Bridge coming into Charleston, look to the right. You'll see a large red crane and a nearly completed shell. Building A will be completed in the next two weeks. Stop by if you get a chance and check it out.

Pile Driving

If you're curious, work has started over at One Cool Blow. They'll finish driving the last of over 220 pilings this coming week. They average around 85 feet in length, so anyone living around One Cool Blow right now (which is a small number) is being treated to some sweet music. I'll have more news as the days and weeks go by. And I'll post some images when I get them.

I'm actually not sure if it was truly a warehouse, because it was in such a state of disrepair. Regardless, it has been razed. A good sign for all of us wating to move our Ligne Roset sofas in.
